Fulfillment
All our items are produced after you order. This prevents overproduction, avoids waste and reduces storage costs, which we pass on to you. Please allow up to 4 business days to receive your shipment confirmation and tracking information for your order. Sometimes it can take a little longer so please be patient.
World Wide Shipping
Our goal is to ship as quickly as possible but due to many ongoing pandemic-related issues with mailing services, there may be some unforeseen delays in the shipping process.

Transit times
Shipment transit times vary by courier, level of service, and distance our USA providers
When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking data sometimes can take up to 72 hours to sync in the carriers database.
U.S. orders:
- via USPS typically arrive within 5-14 business days.*
- via UPS typically arrive in 3-5 business days.*
International orders:
- via USPS typically arrive within 12 weeks.*
- via UPS typically arrive in 2-5 business days.*
*Please note: there are cases with both domestic and international shipments where it takes even longer due to delays and circumstances that are out of our control.

Lost Package Claims
In case the package has been lost, the first thing to do is to check whether the submitted address is 100% accurate. Even a single missing letter or number can cause a delivery failure.
If the address is correct, please make sure to contact the local post office (or advise the customer to do so). Occasionally, we see that upon arriving at the destination city, the package is stored at the local post office and the recipient has to collect the package from there.
After both of these steps have been completed, please reach out to us. We will investigate it further and offer a free replacement if we determine that there was no error on your part.
